8N Pillars is centered around 3 pillars of wellness: Training, Nutrition, and Lifestyle.  Each of these pillars is crucial in helping you achieve your goals and live an optimal life.


Our app will change the way you manage your wellness journey! It is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals by providing you with a personalized daily to-do list, tracking your calorie intake and macronutrient ratios, and connecting you with coaches and like-minded individuals in our group chat.


Nutrition:  Proper nutrition is the foundation of good health. Our program provides you with a personalized calorie and macronutrient plan to help you achieve your desired results. We will teach you how to make healthy food choices and support you in developing a healthy relationship with food.


Training: Exercise is essential for maintaining good health.  We suggest that you follow our flagship CrossFit programming during your class sessions.  We will handle all other pillars through our app. 


Sleep: Getting adequate sleep is critical for good health. Our program will provide you with the tools and resources you need to optimize your sleep, including tips for improving your sleep environment, reducing stress, and developing a relaxing bedtime routine.


Lifestyle Habits: Our program will help you develop healthy habits that will support your overall wellness. Lifestyle habits include sleep practices, sunlight exposure, digital detox, and walking sessions.
