Here’s how the 89 CHALLENGE works:

  1. Fill out the form below to receive your three FREE training sessions.
  2. Prove you can commit by training THREE consecutive days.
  3. Once accomplished, sign-up for the next 89 days.
  4. Accumulate a minimum of 48 training sessions over the course of those 89 days.

 

Once the 89 CHALLENGE is successfully completed, you’ll have developed a healthy fitness lifestyle
AND earned a month!
