On-Boarding "1-on-1" Session
REQUIRED FOR THOSE NEW TO CROSSFIT
If you're new to CrossFit or have just been out of the box for some time, we require an On-boarding "1-on-1" session with a certified coach. This will not only enhance your experience, but allow you to reach your goals quicker. Once you purchase a membership package, one of our staff members will contact you to schedule your 1-on-1 session. *ONCE YOU PURCHASE, A TEAM MEMBER WILL CONTACT YOU TO SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

Drop-In Session
For newcomers or experienced CrossFitters.
If you'd like to experience our program before committing to a membership, you may purchase a drop-in session. When you decide to join, you're first drop-in fee will be deducting from a month of membership.

Open Gym Membership
Unlimited gym and equipment access.
Features
Our unlimited open gym membership allows you to train on your own during our operating hours. You will not have access to any of our classes, but you may upgrade to a drop-in or alternative membership at any time.
