If you're new to CrossFit or have just been out of the box for some time, we require an On-boarding "1-on-1" session with a certified coach. This will not only enhance your experience, but allow you to reach your goals quicker. Once you purchase a membership package, one of our staff members will contact you to schedule your 1-on-1 session.
