HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS:
Your first step is to register online. The deadline for registration is Saturday, May 11th. Once registered, you must attend one of our InBody Body Analysis sessions to obtain your pre-challenge results. Make sure to be fasted. Your next step is to attend our online video call where we will outline the details of the challenge.
Now, let the games begin!
The challenge officially starts May 13th. You’ll be ranked on two leaderboards; BodyFat Percentage Lost
and Total Points earned via the Tranerize App.
The BF% Leaderboard
will be accomplished by your pre/post InBody exam. The goal is to get as lean as possible in your gender division.
The Total Points Leaderboard
results from how many tasks you complete during the challenge. You will be checking off your tasks daily except Sundays.
*Freedom Day: Every Sunday will be your Freedom Day, on this day you will not input any tasks. You may, however, continue to practice the protocols if you wish.
Both leaderboards will be combined to give you one total result ultimately naming a male and female winner.
BREAKDOWN OF TASKS
You’ll have nine daily tasks to complete with one bonus task. Each task is worth nine points. As there is no way to monitor your commitment to the tasks, we’re on the honor system so please be truthful with your inputs.
- 25 to 30 grams of protein upon waking.
- Daily Protein: consume .7 to .8/lbs (minimum) of body weight in grams of protein daily.
- Fruits: two cups daily.
- Veggies: two cups daily.
- Water: 64 to 80 oz daily.
- No Alcohol.
- Sleep 7 to 8 hours nightly.
- Morning Sunlight: get ten minutes of sunlight before 9am.
- WOD: train 4 times a week.
*BONUS TASK: MACROS
Each participant will be assigned calories and macronutrients by our Registered Dietitian, Erik Bustillo. You can choose to follow these macros as they are optional, but highly recommended as they will garner the most results. Our app syncs with My Fitness Pal which is where participants will input their macronutrients. We will help you with My Fitness Pal if you’re unfamiliar with the app.
If a winner used the Macros task to help them gain points, our team will audit their nutrition details for confirmation.

Each participant must complete their pre-challenge InBody exam. You must attend one of the assessment sessions listed below.

- Thursday, May 9th, 7:00 am to 10:00 am
- Friday, May 10th, 7:00 am to 10:00 am
- Saturday, May 11th, 7:30 am to 9:30 am
- Sunday, May 12th, 7:00 am to 8:00 am
