Attention 8Ners!

SAVE-THE-DATE – Saturday, October 13th for our first Nutrition Workshop.  

Erik Bustillo R.D. and Liza Scott R.D. will be teaching the basics of calorie counting, how food is categorized into macronutrients, how to calculate your personal macronutrients to lose or gain weight and how to put this into practice. They will also cover the basics of intermittent fasting.
