After the past two days of a medium-moderate intensity wod and a short – high-intensity wod, today we will hit a long, slower paced, endurance wod.  Keep a solid pace and stay mentally focused.  There are no complex movements, so just basically grind through this one.  For those masochists, you may sub the run or row for assault bike.  If you have some knee ailments, you can use the ski-erg.
