Skills, Drills and Thrills.

Starting this and every Saturday at 9am Coach JD will host our new VIRTUOSITY Seminar!  This session is packed with skills, drills and thrills.

Each Virtuosity Seminar will focus on one or two movements we perform in our normal training sessions.  Each seminar will include mobility, points-of-performance and coaching cues for the movement-of-the-day.

Seminars will run approximately one hour and will end with a metcon.

Virtuosity Seminar is open to all levels of fitness and included with membership.  Drop-in rates are standard.
