Register for the CrossFit Games.

How to register:

1- Go to the CrossFit Games website here

2- Login in or create an account

3- When registering your affiliate chose CrossFit Coconut Grove

4- Compete

Kipping Pull-ups

 

Conditioning

Partner Row:  Set rower to count calories.  One teammate will row as the other teammate performs sit-ups or rest.  Teammates must switch at the time listed below.  Accumulate as many calories in the total 28 minutes and complete 200 sit-ups.  You may partition the sit-up reps.

 

Teammate 1: 0:00 to 1:00

Teammate 2: 1:01 to 2:00

Teammate 1: 2:01 to 4:00

Teammate 2: 4:01 to 6:00

Teammate 1: 6:01 to 9:00

Teammate 2: 9:01 to 12:00

Teammate 1: 12:01 to 14:00

Teammate 2: 14:01 to 16:00

Teammate 1: 16:01 to 17:00

Teammate 2: 17:01 to 18:00

Teammate 1: 18:01 to 20:00

Teammate 2: 20:01 to 22:00

Teammate 1: 22:01 to 25:00

Teammate 2: 25:01 to 28:00
