SWEAT9 is a cardio based workout designed to achieve what the name entails. High-energy, bodyweight movements along with resistance, Kettlebell and Dumbbell work will leave you burning calories and shredding fat. Our daily “building circuit” is programmed around the metabolic stress concept which has shown to build muscle. Add in our glutes and abdominal routine and we have created a recipe for a fun, effective 55 minute class.
