SWEAT9 was a such a hit in 2019, that we are bringing it to the main floor with a full schedule and peak hours.
Starting Monday, January 6th, we will host a 6:30am and 4:15pm class Monday through Fridays and Saturdays at 9:00am.
Each SWEAT9 class has two components, BUILD and BURN!
In the BUILD component we build strength and muscle by squatting, lifting, hinging, pressing and pulling.
The major difference between SWEAT9 is that we DO NOT shy away from the barbell.
We program the week accordingly to make sure you’re getting the right amount of frequency and volume in order to see results.
The key here is PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD!
In the BURN component we burn a TON of calories through a HIIT circuit training.
SWEAT9 is intended for folks looking to develop primarily their lower body (aka glutes, hammies, quads) and burn some calories to lose weight. The movements are programmed for the beginner / intermediate making it inclusive to anyone looking to get in shape for 2020.
If you haven’t exercised in a while, don’t worry. Our certified coaches have over 5 years of group training experience.
