Saturday Schedule


On Saturday’s we offer two different classes, Yoga and Metcon.  Both are open to the public with no monthly membership required.


8:30 am we offer Power Yoga which combines yoga practices and body control.

  • $15.00 drop-in for non-members / $10.00 drop-in for members.


10:30 am we host our flagship METCON class.  This class is open to experienced CrossFitters.

  • $15.00 drop-in for non-members / complimentary for members.
