In 5 minutes run 600 meters then row the remainder of the time.

In 5 minutes run 400 meters then row the remainder of the time.

Rest 2 minutes

In 5 minutes run 300 meters then row the remainder of the time.

Rest 2 minutes

In 5 minutes run 200 meters then row the remainder of the time.
