Be advised, starting Saturday, January 6, 2018 our Saturday schedule will change. We are introducing two new classes in addition to our Metcon.
Power Yoga is a 60 minute class which emphasizes strength and flexibility with a full-body workout.
Saturdays – 8:30 am
SWEAT9 is a female only circuit-training class using body-weight movements, plyometrics, kettlebells, dumbbells and medicine balls. SWEAT9 is our Saturday version of our weekly evening class focused on a total body workout including our popular booty and abs blast!
Saturdays – 9:30 am
Metcon our flagship Metcon class is for CrossFit athletes and universally scaleable to all levels of fitness. You may drop-in as long as you have experience in CrossFit movements.
Saturdays – 10:30 am
On a continuous running clock perform 3 burpees every 2 minutes until you complete all three WODS.
