Get jacked with our 4 times a week, upper / lower body split.  Follow this program consistently at it provides a combination of variety with undulating programming.

Staple Movements: Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Pull-ups, Pendlay Row, etc
Equipment needed: bench, barbell, plates, dumbbells, mini-bands
Each phase is four weeks.
