First of all, allow us to clear something up. We understand that CrossFit can seem intimidating. We are also aware of the perceptions revolving around CrossFit such as “you need to be in shape to start” or “CrossFit is for superior athletes.

This is definitely not the case. As a matter of fact, most of our members have started with little to no fitness background. Furthermore, all of our members are regular, career-minded, family-oriented people just like you.
Group Onboarding is an introduction to CrossFit. It is designed to introduce newcomers to our facility, program, procedures, terminology, and movements. We also cover the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and sleep.
You can expect to walk out of this session with a clear understanding of your upcoming CrossFit journey and how to best see results. One of our mottos is “Just show up, we’ll handle the rest.”
HOW TO BEGIN?
Choose one of our Group Onboarding dates and register. Arrive that day 15 minutes before our session begins. Wear workout clothes and bring a towel and water bottle.
Our staff will run you through a short lecture introduction including procedure, terminology, and nutrition. We will then teach you our basic exercises and lastly, a short workout.
Once complete you will be able to join our program and attend any scheduled class you’d like. If you or our staff do not feel comfortable with any detail of our onboarding process, we can schedule you for an additional private session.
