Lift 8N

I.  Every minute for four minutes perform 12 Barbell Bench Press RTF 3

II. Every two minutes for six minutes perform 8 Barbell Stationary Reverse Lunges RTF 3
*perform the 8 reps on one leg before switching to the other leg.

III. Complete 50 Band Tricep Extensions (break up reps as needed)
