The 89 CHALLENGE is a three-month (89 days) package deal. When you complete the challenge and successfully meet the requirements, you may join our membership and receive the first month free.

How the 89 CHALLENGE works:
The goal of the 89 Challenge is to keep you accountable so that you see results. Upon registering for the 89 Challenge you’ll have 89 days to accomplish all the parameters noted above in the “requirement” section. Once the 89 days expire, you may decide to join our facility as a monthly member. If you accomplish all the requirements, we will reward you with your first membership month free.
Steps to join:
Before committing we’d like you to try three (free) classes.
After the three classes, you may register for the official 89 CHALLENGE.
You’ll now begin your 89 days and start accumulating training sessions.
Adherence is the number one factor above anything else when it comes to seeing results.
The goal of the 89 CHALLENGE is to motivate and keep you accountable during the 89 days.
Our staff will push you to attend and give it your all during each and every session.
Q: Do the three-free training sessions expire after I book them?
A: You’ll have seven days to complete the three training sessions. We also highly recommend completing the three training sessions consecutively. Ex; Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday, Friday, Saturday or even Saturday, Monday, Tuesday.
Q: If I decide to sign-up for the challenge, do I need to pay upfront?
A: Yes. Financial investment has proven to increase the chances of adherence and success. Upon completion, if you decide to become a member, you’ll now roll into a month-to-month payment plan.
Q: Do I need to be “in-shape” to take on the challenge?
A: For over a decade, we’ve trained thousands of members, most have had no prior training and started from scratch. We implore you to push past your fears and start your fitness journey.
Q: Do you I need to perform the pre/post INBODY bodyfat test?
A: Yes! As well as sitting down with our Registered Dietician. We cannot express how important the nutrition aspect is for health and fitness.
