Straight Sets: Every two minutes for six minutes perform:
15 Bulgarian Split Squat (each leg) RTF 2 (use light weight or bodyweight)

Circuit Sets: Every minute for six minutes perform:
Odd minute: 15 Australian Ring Rows
Even minute: RTF 2 Push-ups
*try to do more than last Friday while stopping two reps short of maxing out
